US Home Watchers was designed as a preventive property management and home monitoring service specifically focused on absentee homeowners.  We employ a wide verity of services to accomplish any task set forth by a homeowner. The platform of our service however is our digitally documented home monitoring and inspection package.

Our home monitoring and inspection package is unique to every homes individual personality. A focusing service that targets a home's potential problem areas; windows, doors, bathrooms, appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hot water heater, washer/dryer, etc.), plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets and heating units. 

US Home Watchers is more than a home monitoring company. Whether you need to be dropped off or picked up at the airport, dinner reservations, construction management, landscaping, moving boxes and anything in between, we are here to support every project.

Home Monitoring (Basic Plan) For home's 3,000 sq. ft. or less..........$140.00/mo. Every other week................................$80.00/mo. Larger home's require an estimate 24 hour Emergency Response Condo/Townhome Monitoring (Basic Plan) For home's 2,000 sq. ft. or less............$105.00/mo. US Home Watchers Additional Services program is as diverse as our homeowners. We only have one rule; If it's moral and possible, it's done! We have included a list of our most common requests, however we would encourage you to inquire about all your needs.

Housekeeping (Price based on bid)
Maintaining a pleasant living space is one of the many excellent services we provide to protect your home. Whether you require weekly, monthly, mid-week or departure housekeeping, US Home Watchers has a plan to fit your needs.

Landscaping, Lawn Care and Snow Removal (Price based on bid)
Maintain the outside appearance of your beautiful home with weekly mowing, trimming, edging, watering, fertilizing, planting of flowers, pruning shrubs/trees and maintenance of your existing landscape. Let us setup and take down deck furniture, BBQ, spring and fall cleanup, activate and test irrigation systems, winterize irrigation system in fall, launch and retrieve dock(s), lay sod, maintain flower beds, decorative rock and bark areas.

In the winter, protect your homes roof, deck(s), sidewalk(s) and driveway by keeping them clear of snow and ice.

Grocery Shopping ($28 flat rate, plus receipt total)
Let Home Watchers stock your pantry full of your favorite food and drinks. Whether you call before or after you arrive, USHW is at your service.

Concierge Services ($28/hr.)
Plan, organize it and get it! To get your creative juices working here is a sample of our many fine services. Let us tune up, summarize and winterize, ski equipment, bikes, scooters, boats, personal water craft, motor cycles, 4-wheelers, snow machines.

Need to relax at the spa, get a great table for dinner or enjoy live entertainment? Let our concierge organize your treatments, reservations and tickets. Making transportation simple, allow us to drop off/pick up your car, arrange travel, safely shuttle you to/from dinner parties and events. Even if you just need help moving furniture, fueling vehicles, hanging frames and collecting mail, we do it all!

Project Management & Assistance ($28/hr.)
Whether we manage professional plumbing, heating, electrical, windows and construction services or you just need help moving furniture, maintaining vehicles or hanging frames, our staff is ready to assist you.

Transportation ($20/direction)
For your convenience, we will drop off your vehicle at the airport for quick and easy pickup upon arrival and will deliver your car home safely after your departure. Also allow us to safely shuttle you to/from the airport, dinner parties and events.

Hot Tub Service ($28/hr.)
US Home Watchers will maintain your spa's water level, temperature, chemical levels and do preventative maintenance for leaks, cover condition, pump, heater, and jets.

Firewood Stalking and Stacking ($28/hr. plus cost of wood)
For those summer campfires or cold Montana nights keep your firewood supply full.
